Historic Home Renovation

This circa 1880's home was in desperate need of a face lift. This two story front porch had serious rot problems. Spindles, lace work, and corbels all had to be replaced. The front steps newel posts were replicated from a newspaper photo from the early 1900's.

The two story front porch was completely stripped of all paint then filled, sanded, and primed. All areas of the porch that were beyond repair were copied and replaced. We created the copies using the original pieces of the porch for patterns.

After all of the structural work had been completed, the porch received a sharp four color paint job. The painting was done to match the original colors and detail.
